Hotel Information

Convention will be held at the Caesars Hotel in Windsor. Rooms may be booked through WE Travel (1-888-676-7747) or locally (613-232-9908). Locals may register delegates via Hotel registration link: https://wetravel.eventsair.com/cupe-on-osbcu-convention-jun-2022/

Registration

The ONLINE registration deadline is Sunday, May 29th, 2022, at 11:59 PM. All registrations after this date can be done IN PERSON at the convention.

As per the By-Laws of the OSBCU we have also included the following information that requires your attention:

1. A copy of the bylaws as approved by National, June 2021
2. The Bylaw amendment template for consideration at the Convention – these amendments must be received by December 17^th, 2021
3. The Resolution submission template for consideration at the Convention – resolution must be received by December 17^th, 2021
4. Convention Committee application, for participation in a variety of our convention committees – applications must be received by December 20, 2021
