As a part of our ongoing community outreach initiative, some members of the CUPE Ontario Racial Justice committee attended services at the Ontario Khalsa Darbar (Dixie Gurdwara) Sikh temple and BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Hindu temple.
During the visits, committee members learned about the significant role these temples play in our communities.
This outreach is part of our mandate from members to encourage cross-cultural inclusiveness, integration and understanding in our union.
