OUWCC 2022 Demographic Survey

Members have directed CUPE Ontario to collect demographic information from members attending events. This information helps us understand the composition of members attending events and fosters the participation of members who come from underrepresented groups. Answers to this survey are anonymous and no names or local information are requested.

Terms used in surveys like this may evolve; please choose the terms that you feel best apply to you. Please self-identify by answering the following questions.
