On August 17th, the National Executive Board will make the decision as to whether our National Convention will be held in Vancouver in person or held virtually on an online platform. All chartered organizations will be advised by August 24, 2021 of the decision reached.
Whatever format it takes, National Convention will be held from November 22-26, 2021. More details, including deadlines for submitting resolutions, nominations for national awards, and information about the convention assistance fund can be found here.
Earlier this summer, the National Executive Board has passed a motion extending the deadline to submit Convention Assistance Fund Applications and Financial Documents to September 10, 2021. We encourage all chartered organizations who missed the June deadline to apply no later than September 10.
