It is with great regret and sadness that we learned our beloved CUPE Local 2 Brother Aldo “Ace” Bidinost passed away on Tuesday March 13, 2012. He was 65.
Ace was the most senior member of Local 2. He provided more than 45 years of dedicated service to the TTC and a lifetime of memories for every CUPE brother and sister whose life he touched . Ace leaves behind his wife, Vilma, sons Joe and Chris, a sister, a granddaughter and a niece, all of whom he cherished very much. Ace will always be remembered as a wonderful man who cared very much for his family.
Ace is one of our most respected brothers, not just for his incredible ability on the job, but also for his loving personality. He will forever be remembered as an elder, teacher and loyal friend to all who knew and loved him at Local 2. Please share a moment of silence across the CUPE world for our brother of Local 2, Aldo “Ace” Bidinost.
