British expert warning about Ontario Hospital funding changes

TORONTO – Ontario Council of Hospital Unions
(OCHU) and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) have invited Frank
Dobson, Former Health Minister of the Government and MP to share updates on the
debate about the British experience with privatization and market based
“Patient Focus Funding” and it’s relevance to new forms of hospital funding in
Ontario and other parts of Canada.
