How do I book hotel accommodations or travel arrangements for delegates?

Delegate accommodations are booked through W. E. Travel, which is a CUPE unionized travel agency. Their contact information is:

You can also book your hotel reservations on-line at www.cupe.on.ca/convention2010
Just click on ‘Hotel Reservations’ and follow the screen prompts.

The cut-off date for hotel bookings is April 26th, 2010.  Book early to save your room!

We encourage our delegates to use one of the three booked hotels for Convention.  Our block of rooms will be able to house all delegates, alternates, staff and guests.

Travel arrangements are also made through W.E. Travel and will provide the best possible fares.

What are the hotel accommodation rates?

There are three hotels with rooms blocked for Convention 2010.  The hotels and room rates for Convention 2010 are:

  Single / Double room  Fee per person in excess of two per room Self Parking fees
Caesar’s Hotel  $175 night  $25 night     Free
Hilton Windsor  $149 night  $15 night  $11 / day
Radisson Windsor   $140 night  $10 night  $10 / day

Room prices do not include an additional 5% PST and 5% GST.
