CUPE Ontario congratulates the four members elected to represent our region on CUPE National’s Executive Board during its Convention today.
CUPE Ontario’s President Fred Hahn was re-elected as the General Vice-President for Ontario at the National Union.
CUPE Ontario’s First Vice-President, and President of the Ontario Council of Hospital Unions, Michael Hurley was re-elected Regional Vice-President for Ontario.
Yolanda McClean, CUPE Ontario’s Second Vice-President and Canadian President of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists, was elected as Regional Vice-President for Ontario, having previously served as CUPE National’s Diversity Vice-President, Racialized Workers.
Delegates also re-elected CUPE Ontario’s Northern Representative Bryan Keith as Regional Vice-President for Northern Ontario.
