Minister won’t commit to supporting NDP bill on nursing-home standards

“Our members, family members, and the communities are incredibly invested and engaged in seeing this bill pass,” Candace Rennick, secretary-treasurer of CUPE Ontario, told reporters. “We are going to continue to apply as much pressure as possible on the government to step up and do the right thing.”
