For over two decades, Ontario’s long-term care homes have been short-staffed. The government has failed to establish care standards that would force homes to increase staffing levels.
On Wednesday, October 28 the Ontario Legislature will be debating the Time to Care Act, legislation that will establish a minimum standard of an average of four hours of daily care per resident.
We are holding an urgent town hall on Monday, October 26th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm to talk about how you can play a role in ensuring the government takes action.

Ontario has neglected long-term care workers for too long. We cannot afford to miss this opportunity.
