The Public Power Action Coalition is inviting members of the public to participate in a community discussion on the impacts of the sale of Hydro One and the devastating consequences the potential merger of Hydro One, Whitby Hydro and Veridian would have on the cost of electricity for consumers.
CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn will be speaking at the event, as will award-winning journalist and best-selling author Linda McQuaig, Oshawa MPP Jennifer French, and Unifor lawyer Niki Lundquist. The MC for the event will be former OFL President Sid Ryan.
