This conference is to be in person; but space is limited to 250 participants.

At the conference, we will be addressing both organizing and bargaining issues: Locals should register 1 member of the bargaining team and 1 member of the organizing team. Locals with membership over 500 will be entitled to 1 additional delegate. Members of the OSBCU Executive Board and Central Strike Committee are not included in the delegation numbers.
