    Each year, OMERS holds an Annual General Meeting that is open to all members of the pension plan which the CUPE Ontario’s OMERS Reference Group attends.

    This meeting offers the chance for OMERS members to hear from, and ask questions of, both the Boards that govern the pension plan and the senior staff responsible for its day-to-day operations.

    This year’s meeting is taking place from 9:00-11:00 am on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building, Room 718, located at 222 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto ON.

    Last year, as we came together across the province to defend OMERS pension plan benefits like indexing, we heard from CUPE Local leaders and members that they wanted to know about opportunities like this to speak to, and hear from, OMERS about the governance of the plan.
