In order to reduce our carbon footprint and in keeping with CUPE’s Policies and Procedures, information and conference material will be provided on a memory sticks only. While information will be provided on our overhead screens, we strongly advise you bring your laptop to access the materials directly.
In addition, we strongly advise that you bring at least one copy of your collective agreement for reference material or multiple copies that you may wish to share with other delegates.
Finally, Locals will be required to give a brief report on the activities the Local has been involved with over the past year and any future initiatives planned for 2016. A report form will be sent with the Second call.
