North Bay is hurting. Workers at Ontario Northland are locked out, hundreds of health care workers are being laid off at our hospital, manufacturers are moving out of town, and the Hydro One privatization is making it impossible for many families to keep the lights and heat on.
Our community can’t take much more of this.
Join us and call for an end to the austerity agenda that’s killing good jobs and quality public services in North Bay.
The demo will start on Oak Street by the ONR building at 11:30 am and head to North Bay City Hall by 12:00 pm where we will hear from the speakers.
