This Saturday, February 27th, Keep Hydro Public is launching its Scarborough campaign with a leaflet action. We’re going to reach out to residents and store owners to pressure MPPs Brad Duguid and Lorenzo Berardinetti to speak out against hydro privatization. This will be the start of many on-the-ground, local actions to remind these Liberal MPPs that they have a choice, and that their constituents are paying attention.
We will meet at 10am at the Mid-Scarborough Hub for a briefing on the campaign, and then fan out to strategic Scarborough locations to distribute leaflets. We should be done by shortly after noon.
