Successfully lobbying to get a signalized pedestrian crosswalk on Linwell Road at Ina Grafton Gage Village to assist the seniors in our community.
Moving to have the Grantham Branch of the Public Library relocate to the Aquatics Centre facility, thereby saving the taxpayers dollars and making the library totally accessible and a state-of-the-art facility.
Further, I have enhanced and improved public services by:
Working with Transit officials to purchase hybrid buses which reduce carbon emissions, are more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly.
Continuing to resolve the erosion issues that develop throughout the Grantham Ward creek systems.
Maintaining efficient use of tax dollars for improvement projects such as the Performing Arts Centre, Aquatics Centre and library, hospital and the downtown parking garage.
