CUPE Ontario joins with other unions, labour organizations, and allies in the call for peace. We are supporting the June 22 rally in Toronto to demand an end to war between Iran and Israel. This support is entirely consistent with CUPE Ontario’s long-standing role as an advocate for peace.
Regarding the rally’s promotion: what was circulated online was an early unapproved draft version. The approved flyer for this event will be shared shortly and it will clearly identify Sunday’s event as an anti-war rally.
