Caribbean Carnival

All CUPE Ontario members are welcome to participate in the 2013 Caribbean Carnival.
But to participate you must first be measured for your costume. To be measured, visit the Mas Camp as soon as possible – it takes time to make hundreds of spectacular costumes for one of Canada’s biggest most exciting cultural events.
