OUWCC Food Service Workers Conference

The OUWCC has recognized for several years that food service workers face significantly different challenges at the bargaining table and are vulnerable to contracting out and layoffs as a result of campuses becoming the equivalent of mall food courts.

This one day strategic planning session will allow us to facilitate discussions, compare Collective Agreements, consider model language for bargaining, profiling our members as caring community partners and advocating for local nutritious food for students.
