On Thursday, October 8, the NDP’s Bill 86 will receive Second Reading at Queen’s Park. This important piece of legislation will, if passed, finally ban the use of scab labour at workplaces across the province.

This is a critical moment for labour in the province, and Premier Dalton McGuinty needs to hear, loudly and clearly, that Ontario’s working women and men stand behind this bill, which will bring a level of fairness and balance to labour relations in the province.

Thursday’s rally begins at 12 noon in front of Queen’s Park. Bring your friends, your co-workers and make your voice heard!
