CUPE Local 3393 represents over 170 unionized workers at St. Christopher House in Toronto. The workers are facing serious concessions and rollbacks from the Employer who is seeking to attack:
- health benefits,
- wages, and
- fairness for part-time workers who currently have no sick days, vacation or benefits
The Employer is offering a measly 0.30 cents over a five year contract.
These workers need your support to get the Employer back to the table and fight for a fair settlement. CUPE Ontario invites members, community allies, and all workers to send a message to the Employer about fairness and part-time worker rights.
Join the main picket line at Ossington and Dundas St.
Picket hours are:
Monday: 8:30am – 5pm
Tuesday – Friday: 8:30am – 8:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Come by, show support – bring water, snacks, banners, flags.
