OTTAWA, Ont. – Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Ontario President Fred Hahn will be on stage in Ottawa Saturday night to support the giant “Rock-For-Public-Services” concert featuring Canadian rock icons Sass Jordan, Kim Mitchell and Downchild Blues Band.

Sponsored by Ottawa municipal employees’ CUPE Local 503, Ottawa hospital workers’ CUPE Local 4000, and CUPE Ontario, the free concert will celebrate the vital contribution of public services and the workers who provide them, as well as raising money for the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa.

Fred Hahn will speak from the stage at approximately 9:00 p.m.
