 TORONTO, Ont. – Leaders of Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Ontario will march on Friday with Toronto communities in opposition to the G8 and G20.

 

CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn and Secretary-Treasurer Candace Rennick will join a broad coalition of Toronto-based community organizations demanding justice for communities in Toronto and elsewhere.

 

Part of the lead-up to the G20 Summit in Toronto, the demonstration on June 25 kicks off a day of action that will highlight how G8 and G20 policies have been damaging in Toronto and around the world.
