TORONTO – The City of Toronto’s outside workers, represented by the Toronto Civic Employees Union (CUPE Local 416), have voted in favour of ratifying their new collective agreement. This agreement covers nearly 6000 workers in the Outside Division. The vote took place on December 18.

This agreement is a reflection to the hard work and dedication of our members and will ensure they are better supported as they continue their vital work for the City of Toronto.

The new agreement is now awaiting ratification by City Council, which is scheduled to meet this Friday.
