CUPE Ontario Pink Triangle Committee

Honours an individual member or group that has promoted the engagement of the Two-Spirited, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Non-Binary communities. Do you know a member/group that has championed 2SLGBTQ+ activism within your local? Do you know a member who has made a significant contribution promotion to 2SLGBTQ+ issues on behalf of CUPE members? This is your chance to nominate them so they can be recognized.

 

The Committee Seeks:

The Committee seeks a CUPE member or retiree in good standing, a group of members or retirees, or a committee focused on promoting 2SLGBTQ+ equity issue’s, rights within a CUPE Ontario Local or District Council and abroad to create social change?

Please note that CUPE staff and members of CUPE Ontario’s Pink Triangle Committee who sit on the Award Selection Committee are not eligible for the award.

This award shall be presented annually at CUPE Ontario’s Convention.
