Mental Health is health. We can’t divorce our physical well-being from our mental well-being. In this episode, Brianna and Brittany discuss why mental health is a health and safety issue in the workplace. Looking at current events, pop culture, and workplace issues, it is evident that mental health affects us all—in different capacities.
