Frazier Fathers is the only candidate in Windsor’s Ward 2 committed to protecting public services — starting with keeping 311 public and accountable to the people who rely on it.
CUPE Ontario is proud to endorse Frazier Fathers for Windsor City Council in the Ward 2 by-election. A longtime West Windsor resident, community advocate, and policy leader, Frazier brings over a decade of experience building stronger neighbourhoods and standing up for working people.
As a former Director of Community Impact at the United Way, Frazier helped fund and support vital programs for children, youth, and seniors. He led consultations for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Agreement — ensuring that millions in investments reflected community priorities — and has continued that work as a researcher and consultant addressing income inequality and the housing crisis in Windsor.
Now, he’s ready to take that experience to City Hall — to strengthen public services, protect good jobs, and deliver on the issues that matter most to working families in Ward 2: affordable housing, safe neighbourhoods, and a strong public voice in every decision.
Vote for Frazier Fathers on Election Day: Monday, October 27.
