{"id":64349,"date":"2026-09-21T11:04:15","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T15:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cupe.on.ca\/?p=64349"},"modified":"2026-09-22T13:21:51","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T17:21:51","slug":"entente-de-principe-conclue-tot-ce-lundi-matin-avec-le-personnel-de-bibliotheque-a-ajax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cupe.on.ca\/fr\/entente-de-principe-conclue-tot-ce-lundi-matin-avec-le-personnel-de-bibliotheque-a-ajax\/","title":{"rendered":"Entente de principe conclue t\u00f4t ce lundi matin avec le personnel de biblioth\u00e8que \u00e0 Ajax"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le personnel de biblioth\u00e8que \u00e0 Ajax est parvenu \u00e0 une entente de principe avec l\u2019employeur, Ajax Public Library, tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t ce lundi\u00a021\u00a0septembre, ce qui a permis d\u2019\u00e9viter de justesse une gr\u00e8ve. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de plus de 12\u00a0heures de n\u00e9gociation la veille, un terrain d\u2019entente a pu \u00eatre\u00a0trouv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur est revenu \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation cette fin de semaine apr\u00e8s le refus massif de son offre \u00ab\u00a0finale\u00a0\u00bb, dans un vote supervis\u00e9 organis\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de semaine, par le personnel \u00e0 temps plein et \u00e0 temps partiel des biblioth\u00e8ques publiques de la Ville d\u2019Ajax repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le\u00a0SCFP\u00a03565.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nos membres ont fait preuve d\u2019une solidarit\u00e9 et d\u2019une force sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en rejetant la semaine derni\u00e8re une convention collective \u00e0 deux niveaux\u00a0\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Elaine\u00a0Lievaart, pr\u00e9sidente par int\u00e9rim du SCFP\u00a03565. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019\u00e9tait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u2019\u00e9lan qu\u2019il nous fallait pour arriver \u00e0 une entente \u00e0 la table de\u00a0n\u00e9gociation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat communiquera les d\u00e9tails de l\u2019entente \u00e0 ses membres avant le vote de ratification, pr\u00e9vu pour le\u00a0jeudi\u00a024\u00a0septembre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On ne peut pas en dire plus tant que l\u2019entente n\u2019aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux membres, ajoute Elaine\u00a0Lievaart. Les d\u00e9tails seront rendus publics apr\u00e8s sa\u00a0ratification.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des jours qui ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 la date butoir de gr\u00e8ve fix\u00e9e \u00e0 lundi, les syndicats alli\u00e9s et des membres de la communaut\u00e9 ont joint leurs efforts pour obtenir le soutien du public.
