Apr\u00e8s une gr\u00e8ve de 11 semaines, les membres du SCFP 2073 ont ratifi\u00e9 cette semaine une nouvelle convention collective avec les Services canadiens de l\u2019ou\u00efe (SCO).<\/p>\n

Le soutien d\u2019organisations et de personnes influentes de la communaut\u00e9 sourde a remont\u00e9 le moral des travailleuses et travailleurs tout au long de la gr\u00e8ve. Pas moins de 97 % des membres de la section locale ont vot\u00e9, ce qui t\u00e9moigne de la force du mouvement syndical. De ces membres, 172 ont accept\u00e9 la nouvelle convention.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Depuis le d\u00e9but, nous voulions une entente stable pour notre client\u00e8le et nous-m\u00eames. On nous a propos\u00e9 au d\u00e9part une entente d\u2019un an. Je suis fi\u00e8re que nous ayons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier une nouvelle convention collective de trois ans, une entente qui nous en donnera plus : augmentation des prestations de retraite et des avantages sociaux, meilleurs salaires, indemnit\u00e9s de kilom\u00e9trage et indemnit\u00e9s de repas \u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit Mara Waern, pr\u00e9sidente du SCFP 2073 et consultante en emploi depuis 35 ans aux SCO. \u00ab Je suis ravie que nos membres puissent profiter d\u2019une tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit, et je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante du soutien que nous avons re\u00e7u non seulement de la part des communaut\u00e9s de personnes sourdes, sourdes-aveugles et malentendantes, mais aussi du monde syndical. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Les membres du SCFP 2073 retourneront au travail le lundi 14 juillet, et leur nouvelle convention collective prendra fin le 31 mars 2028.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
