Le syndicat demeure r\u00e9solument d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 conclure une entente \u00e9quitable pour r\u00e9soudre la s\u00e9rieuse crise de surcharge de travail et de sant\u00e9 mentale qui touche le personnel de premi\u00e8re\u00a0ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat n\u2019a pas encore re\u00e7u de r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019employeur et esp\u00e8re recevoir une mise \u00e0 jour\u00a0lundi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On a poursuivi les discussions avec le m\u00e9diateur et l\u2019on est toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 retourner \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Harry\u00a0Goslin, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019OCEU. \u00ab\u00a0On a pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour faire avancer le dossier et l\u2019on esp\u00e8re que l\u2019employeur r\u00e9pondra rapidement, afin que l\u2019on puisse r\u00e9aliser de v\u00e9ritables\u00a0progr\u00e8s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat pr\u00e9cise que la situation demeure critique, alors que la charge de travail et les salaires sont toujours au c\u0153ur du diff\u00e9rend. L\u2019imposition de plafonds salariaux par le gouvernement Ford complique \u00e9galement la conclusion d\u2019une entente, alors que l\u2019employeur continue de proposer des dispositions r\u00e9gressives qui entra\u00eeneraient une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des conditions de\u00a0travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations organis\u00e9es pendant la fin de semaine surviennent \u00e0 peine quelques jours apr\u00e8s la publication d\u2019un nouveau sondage pr\u00e9occupant. Celui-ci r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le personnel de la CSPAAT pr\u00e9sente des taux d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9pression deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que la moyenne nationale, ce qui d\u00e9montre que la crise de sant\u00e9 mentale s\u2019est aggrav\u00e9e. Selon le sondage ind\u00e9pendant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les Centres de sant\u00e9 des travailleurs(ses) de l\u2019Ontario, la surcharge de travail, la gestion toxique et le refus de la direction de reconna\u00eetre la situation contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel dans l\u2019ensemble de\u00a0l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette situation a des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives non seulement sur les travailleuses et travailleurs, mais \u00e9galement sur le personnel ayant subi une blessure qui compte sur notre soutien\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 M.\u00a0Goslin. \u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 tout, nos membres, toujours fid\u00e8les au poste, font entendre leur voix et r\u00e9clament de v\u00e9ritables\u00a0changements.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OCEU\/SCFP 1750\u00a0demeure d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 conclure une entente \u00e9quitable et \u00e0 restaurer les services pour la population ontarienne.
