Or, des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes venant de la liste de divulgation de l\u2019Ontario montrent que les gestionnaires de la r\u00e9gion b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de fortes augmentations de salaire depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, mais refusent toujours de respecter l\u2019accord n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec le\u00a0SCFP.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est la preuve que les gestionnaires sont capables de prendre, mais pas de redonner\u00a0\u00bb, se d\u00e9sole le pr\u00e9sident du SCFP\u00a01656, Phil Dominas. \u00ab\u00a0En quoi est-il juste que les gestionnaires peuvent puiser dans un bassin illimit\u00e9 de fonds, mais qu\u2019au moment de n\u00e9gocier le salaire de leurs travailleuses et travailleurs\u00a0\u2013 qui font vivre la r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u2013, tout l\u2019argent ait\u00a0disparu?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Dans le tableau suivant, on peut constater certaines des augmentations salariales des gestionnaires de la r\u00e9gion de Waterloo. En un an, la plupart ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une augmentation que les membres du SCFP de la r\u00e9gion n\u2019auraient re\u00e7ue qu\u2019apr\u00e8s dix\u00a0ans d\u2019augmentation de salaire dans les deux chiffres en une seule ann\u00e9e, et c\u2019est loin d\u2019\u00eatre ce qu\u2019on demande\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute Phil Dominas. \u00ab\u00a0Nos membres aussi ont connu le taux croissant de l\u2019inflation et l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie. Nous demandons simplement que Karen Redman et le conseil r\u00e9gional respectent l\u2019accord que nous avons n\u00e9goci\u00e9 et qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9. Qu\u2019ils cessent de nous obliger \u00e0 accepter moins de la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019offre\u00a0initiale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Phil Dominas a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la section locale du syndicat est bel et bien r\u00e9solue \u00e0 rester sur les lignes de piquetage aussi longtemps qu\u2019il le faudra pour obtenir un accord\u00a0\u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La volont\u00e9 de nos membres est plus forte que jamais.
