Malheureusement, aucune entente n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue au cours de la r\u00e9union.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\">Les 13 membres du syndicat, qui sont en lock-out de leur lieu de travail depuis le 15 octobre, sont heureux d&rsquo;\u00eatre de retour \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations et esp\u00e8rent que la poursuite des n\u00e9gociations et un dialogue constructif permettront de trouver une solution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\">Serge Bouchard, pr\u00e9sident de la section locale 1490 du SCFP, a exprim\u00e9 l&rsquo;engagement du syndicat \u00e0 adopter une approche de n\u00e9gociation positive et collaborative. \u00ab Parvenir \u00e0 une entente est un processus complexe, mais nous restons optimistes et pensons qu&rsquo;un dialogue constructif nous aidera \u00e0 trouver un terrain d&rsquo;entente qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 nos \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0besoins, \u00bb a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\">La section locale 1490 du SCFP r\u00e9affirme son engagement \u00e0 tenir ses membres et le public inform\u00e9s des d\u00e9veloppements.
