Le contrat comprend de nouvelles dispositions visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les travailleurs contre la violence au travail et des augmentations salariales r\u00e9troactives \u00e0 septembre\u00a02017.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion de l\u2019h\u00f4pital St. Michael\u2019s, du Centre de sant\u00e9 St. Joseph\u2019s et du Providence Health Network a donn\u00e9 naissance au r\u00e9seau hospitalier catholique Our Shared Purpose. Providence avait un repr\u00e9sentant au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe patronale qui a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 une convention collective centrale pour 75\u00a0000 travailleurs hospitaliers de la province repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par trois\u00a0syndicats.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 que Our Shared Purpose, la nouvelle organisation patronale des travailleurs du St. Joseph\u2019s et du Providence, pr\u00e9tend qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas tenue de respecter la convention qu\u2019elle a n\u00e9goci\u00e9e.
