CORNWALL (ONTARIO)<\/strong> \u2013 Le minist\u00e8re du Travail a publi\u00e9 un rapport recommandant de ne pas instituer de commission de conciliation pour la section locale\u00a03251 du SCFP<\/span>. Cette section locale repr\u00e9sente les cols blancs municipaux de Cornwall, en Ontario. Ce rapport fixe le d\u00e9lai de gr\u00e8ve ou de lock-out au 23 mai \u00e0 minuit une. Les ambulanciers, les cols bleus et les employ\u00e9s de biblioth\u00e8que de la ville avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un d\u00e9lai fix\u00e9 au 17\u00a0mai.<\/p>\n

Les cols blancs travaillent entre autres dans les services d\u2019eau et d\u2019eaux us\u00e9es, les garderies, les services sociaux, le service des finances, comme agents charg\u00e9s de faire appliquer les r\u00e8glements et comme inspecteurs en\u00a0b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les cols blancs ont frapp\u00e9 le m\u00eame mur que les autres employ\u00e9s de la ville\u00a0\u00bb, explique Keith Sandford, conseiller national au SCFP<\/span>. \u00ab\u00a0Pour \u00e9viter un arr\u00eat de travail \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la ville, il va falloir que les choses bougent \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations. Nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 nous d\u00e9mener pour n\u00e9gocier, mais nous nous pr\u00e9parons aussi \u00e0 d\u00e9brayer si\u00a0n\u00e9cessaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Les quatre sections locales ont des s\u00e9ances de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 leur horaire dans les prochains jours. Les parties travaillent avec un m\u00e9diateur du minist\u00e8re du\u00a0Travail.<\/p>\n

Le droit de gr\u00e8ve des ambulanciers est partiellement limit\u00e9 par un accord sur les services essentiels entre les parties. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une exigence de la Loi sur la n\u00e9gociation collective dans les services d\u2019ambulance. En vertu de l\u2019entente sign\u00e9e entre le SCFP<\/span> et la Ville de Cornwall, en cas de gr\u00e8ve ou de lock-out, on laissera seulement trois des neuf v\u00e9hicules sur la\u00a0route.<\/p>\n

Les membres du SCFP<\/span>\u00a01792, qui travaillent au foyer de soins de longue dur\u00e9e Glen Stor Dun Lodge, ont demand\u00e9 le m\u00eame rapport, mais comme ils n\u2019ont pas le droit de gr\u00e8ve, leur dossier ira en arbitrage des diff\u00e9rends s\u2019ils n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier une\u00a0entente.<\/p>\n
