Ces travailleurs, principalement des employ\u00e9s de soutien et des conseillers, sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par la section locale\u00a04763 du Syndicat canadien de la fonction publique (<span class=\"caps\">SCFP<\/span>\u00a04763).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est que les employ\u00e9s de <span class=\"caps\">BRAD<\/span> subissent encore un \u00e9cart salarial important par rapport aux mains-d\u2019\u0153uvre comparables en Ontario, explique le pr\u00e9sident du <span class=\"caps\">SCFP<\/span>\u00a04763, Dean Rousseau. Avec cette nouvelle convention collective, nous r\u00e9ussissons \u00e0 combler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cet \u00e9cart, mais il reste beaucoup \u00e0 faire, autant au chapitre de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 pour nos membres que sur le sous-financement chronique des services \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 sourde ontarienne. Nous allons poursuivre nos\u00a0efforts.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les syndiqu\u00e9s \u00e9taient sans contrat de travail depuis plus d\u2019un an.
