Le minist\u00e8re du Travail a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un vote supervis\u00e9, \u00e0 la demande du\u00a0canton.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page g\">\n<div id=\"main-content\" class=\"u-2-3\">\n<div class=\"ds-1col node node-basic-page cupe-ia-news view-mode-full clearfix\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary\">\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est un message on ne peut plus clair que nos membres ont envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019employeur, \u00e0 savoir nous ne tol\u00e9rerons pas d\u2019ententes \u00e0 deux vitesses qui sacrifient les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures de Black River-Matheson\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Sonya Moffat, pr\u00e9sidente de la section locale 1490. \u00ab\u00a0Ce syndicat adopte une position de principe en s\u2019opposant \u00e0 l\u2019amenuisement de prestations d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s modestes contenues \u00e0 notre convention\u00a0collective\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La convention collective est venue \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance en mars 2016 et les parties sont en pourparlers depuis mai. La section locale est en position de gr\u00e8ve l\u00e9gale ou de lock-out depuis le 10 septembre. Cependant, dans un effort ax\u00e9 sur la conclusion d\u2019une entente, les parties ont convenu de ne d\u00e9clencher aucun moyen de pression jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 jours suivant un vote supervis\u00e9. Le rejet de la derni\u00e8re offre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l\u2019employeur place la section locale en position de gr\u00e8ve le 24 octobre, \u00e0 00 h 01. Les membres ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 leur section locale un mandat de gr\u00e8ve\u00a0unanime.<\/p>\n<p>En 2014, l\u2019employeur avait mis ces m\u00eames travailleurs en lock-out pendant sept semaines. \u00ab\u00a0La plate-forme \u00e9lectorale du maire Garry Edwards maintenait vouloir assurer la paix en milieu de travail apr\u00e8s le lock-out destructeur, il y a deux ans. Nous l\u2019avons cru. Nous avons entam\u00e9 cette ronde de n\u00e9gociation en pr\u00e9sentant une modeste enveloppe de revendications, esp\u00e9rant n\u00e9gocier avec un partenaire dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 collaborer. Au lieu de cela, nous faisons face \u00e0 un employeur insistant, encore une fois, sur des concessions et mena\u00e7ant de nous imposer une entente\u00a0\u00bb a ajout\u00e9 Mme\u00a0Moffat.<\/p>\n<p>La repr\u00e9sentante syndicale nationale du <span class=\"caps\">SCFP<\/span>, Tammy Robinson, s\u2019est dite constern\u00e9e de ce que le canton nous pousse aux limites du possible, une fois de plus. \u00ab\u00a0Le canton fait preuve d\u2019une grande r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 v\u00e9ritablement n\u00e9gocier et \u00e0 trouver un terrain d\u2019entente avec nous. Il s\u2019ent\u00eate \u00e0 pousser le m\u00eame agenda qui avait donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un lock-out de sept semaines en 2014.
