MISSISSAUGA (ONTARIO) <\/strong>\u2013 Encore une fois, les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour mettre fin \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve des 435 employ\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne, d\u2019administration et de soutien de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019enfance de la R\u00e9gion de Peel (SAE<\/span> de Peel) tombent \u00e0 plat, la direction ayant quitt\u00e9 la table des n\u00e9gociations. Cette gr\u00e8ve dure depuis six\u00a0semaines<\/p>\n

Hier soir, les n\u00e9gociateurs de la section locale\u00a04914 du Syndicat canadien de la fonction publique (SCFP<\/span> 4914) ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une proposition d\u2019entente que sa pr\u00e9sidente Sonia Yung juge \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quitable, raisonnable et\u00a0abordable\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Tout cela, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre terriblement frustrant pour nos membres, s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e9pouvantable pour les familles qui ont besoin du soutien que leur prodiguent nos membres, a r\u00e9agi Mme\u00a0Yung. Depuis le d\u00e9but de cette gr\u00e8ve, la SAE<\/span> de Peel n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 fournir le niveau de soutien dont la communaut\u00e9 a\u00a0besoin.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Les membres du SCFP<\/span>\u00a04914 ont d\u00e9clench\u00e9 la gr\u00e8ve le 18 septembre. Les parties n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 s\u2019entendre sur la gestion de la charge de travail et l\u2019\u00e9valuation des\u00a0emplois.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Hier, raconte Mme\u00a0Yung, nous esp\u00e9rions trouver, de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la table, un partenaire pr\u00eat \u00e0 trouver des solutions cr\u00e9atives et \u00e0 prioriser l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des familles, au lieu de quoi nous avons eu devant nous un employeur qui s\u2019est simplement retir\u00e9 des n\u00e9gociations, encore une\u00a0fois.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Mme\u00a0Yung prie les familles qui ne re\u00e7oivent pas le soutien dont elles ont besoin de d\u00e9noncer la situation. Elle soutient que c\u2019est ce que feront aussi les membres du SCFP<\/span>\u00a04914.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Les familles que nous accompagnerions normalement viennent nous dire qu\u2019elles ne re\u00e7oivent pas les services dont elles ont besoin, explique-t-elle. Nous craignons que, si la situation perdure, certaines de ces familles passent entre les mailles du filet social, avec des cons\u00e9quences\u00a0tragiques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Mme\u00a0Yung ajoute que le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation du syndicat est pr\u00eat \u00e0 reprendre les pourparlers \u00ab\u00a0en tout\u00a0temps\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
