La CSPAAT et les employeurs ignorent souvent les employ\u00e9s locaux lorsque le retour au travail est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la CSPAAT, ce qui peut entra\u00eener divers probl\u00e8mes, que ce soit parce que nos membres ne re\u00e7oivent pas les conseils appropri\u00e9s concernant l&rsquo;aptitude au travail ou parce que l&#8217;employeur se soustrait \u00e0 son obligation en mati\u00e8re de droits de la personne de prendre des mesures d&rsquo;adaptation au point d&rsquo;imposer une contrainte excessive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Montserrat', sans-serif; color: white; font-size: 25px; line-height: 32px;\">Le Comit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fense des travailleurs accident\u00e9s a produit un libell\u00e9 de convention collective \u00ab id\u00e9al \u00bb qui aidera \u00e0 assurer la participation des syndicats dans toutes les situations de retour au travail. Nous demandons aux habitants de faire de l&rsquo;inclusion de cette langue une priorit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ult-spacer spacer-6a3897d3cafa5\"
