Pendant plus de dix ans, elle a si\u00e9g\u00e9 au Conseil ex\u00e9cutif du SCFP-Ontario, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 TR\u00c8S r\u00e9cemment en tant que 2e vice-pr\u00e9sidente. Elle a \u00e9galement si\u00e9g\u00e9 au Conseil ex\u00e9cutif national du SCFP, occupant le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 pour les travailleurs racis\u00e9s pendant dix ans; elle occupe maintenant le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente r\u00e9gionale pour l\u2019Ontario.<\/p>\n

Elle est bien connue au sein de l\u2019ensemble du mouvement syndical, \u00e9tant une des deux vice-pr\u00e9sidentes ex\u00e9cutives repr\u00e9sentant le SCFP au sein de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration du travail de l\u2019Ontario. Elle est \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sidente de la Coalition of Black Trade Unionists du Canada.<\/p>\n

En d\u00e9cembre 2021, elle est entr\u00e9e dans l\u2019histoire, devenant la nouvelle secr\u00e9taire-tr\u00e9sori\u00e8re du SCFP-Ontario.<\/p>\n
