La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des enseignantes et des enseignants de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de l\u2019Ontario a affirm\u00e9 que cette mesure de gr\u00e8ve sera de nature progressive. La Phase\u00a01 de leurs moyens de pression d\u00e9butera lundi avec le retrait de quelques services administratifs.<\/p>\n<p>Nous aimerions rappeler ceci aux membres du SCFP\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous devez quand m\u00eame vous pr\u00e9senter au travail, m\u00eame lorsque les \u00e9coles sont ferm\u00e9es en raison d\u2019une gr\u00e8ve r\u00e9elle de la FEESO. Conform\u00e9ment aux bulletins pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, nous vous demandons de respecter les protocoles relatifs aux lignes de piquetage \u00e9tablis par les syndicats qui entreprennent des moyens de pression et de faire preuve de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de vos coll\u00e8gues en gr\u00e8ve en vous joignant \u00e0 eux sur les lignes de piquetage avant de rentrer au travail ou lorsque vous quittez.<\/li>\n<li>Il est extr\u00eamement important que nous manifestions notre soutien et notre respect \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des enseignants qui entreprennent des moyens de pression. Entre autres choses, cela signifie que nous ne devons pas exercer des fonctions normalement exerc\u00e9es par les enseignants pendant qu\u2019ils sont en gr\u00e8ve ou qu\u2019ils font une gr\u00e8ve du z\u00e8le. Certains d\u2019entre vous ont des dispositions dans leur convention collective qui traitent explicitement de ce sujet. Que vous en ayez ou non, nous devons \u00eatre clairs avec nos employeurs et nos conseils scolaires que nous n\u2019effectuerons pas de travail normalement effectu\u00e9 par les enseignants qui entreprennent des moyens de pression. Si votre superviseur vous ordonne d\u2019effectuer le travail d\u2019un gr\u00e9viste, veuillez communiquer avec votre section locale. Rappelez-vous qu\u2019une gr\u00e8ve du z\u00e8le est une mesure de gr\u00e8ve.<\/li>\n<li>Si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, vous ne vous sentez pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de franchir les lignes de piquetage, vous avez le droit de refuser un travail dangereux. Vous devriez vous rendre dans un endroit s\u00e9curitaire et appeler votre superviseur, et faire rapport. On pourrait vous affecter \u00e0 un lieu de travail diff\u00e9rent.<\/li>\n<li>Encore une fois, si votre employeur mentionne que les membres du SCFP ne doivent pas se pr\u00e9senter au travail, insistez sur le fait qu\u2019ils sont pay\u00e9s et rappelez-leur que des mises \u00e0 pied peuvent \u00eatre faites uniquement par l\u2019entremise des dispositions relatives aux mises \u00e0 pied contenues dans votre convention collective.
