Malheureusement, de nombreuses personnes n\u2019ont pas cette option, alors elles vont travailler en \u00e9tant malades afin de joindre les deux bouts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les syndicats croient que ce n\u2019est pas normal et ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir des cong\u00e9s de maladie pay\u00e9s pour leurs membres. Mais ils ne se sont pas arr\u00eat\u00e9s l\u00e0. Les syndicats continuent d\u2019exercer des pressions sur le gouvernement afin qu\u2019il am\u00e9liore les normes du travail, et ce dans le but que tous les travailleurs et travailleuses aient droit \u00e0 des cong\u00e9s de maladie pay\u00e9s. Que vous ayez un rhume ou que vous ayez \u00e0 subir une op\u00e9ration, vous devriez pouvoir prendre le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour vous r\u00e9tablir et pouvoir continuer de payer les factures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wf-cell\"><div><div class=\"text-big\"><div class=\"wf-table\"><div class=\"wf-td\"><span class=\"benefits-grid-ico\"><i class=\"fa fa-users\"><\/i><\/span><\/div><div class=\"wf-td benefits-inner\"><h5>\u00c9quit\u00e9 salariale<\/h5><p>Saviez-vous qu\u2019il y a 20 ans, les femmes gagnaient jusqu\u2019\u00e0 38 % de moins que les hommes qui faisaient le m\u00eame travail et avaient le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019exp\u00e9rience? Si cela semble injuste, c\u2019est parce que \u00e7a l\u2019est. C\u2019est pourquoi les syndicats ont pris des mesures \u2013 n\u00e9gocier des dispositions dans les conventions collectives et m\u00eame poursuivre le gouvernement en justice. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, la Loi sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en Ontario, et elle pr\u00e9cisait qu\u2019aucune personne ne devrait recevoir un salaire inf\u00e9rieur en raison de son sexe.<\/p>\n<p>La lutte n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9e. Les syndicats ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie familiale en obtenant le droit pour les parents de prendre un cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 pour \u00e9lever leurs enfants. Ne restez pas l\u00e0 \u00e0 vous plaindre. Devenez membre d\u2019un syndicat! Les \u00e9tudes montrent que les travailleurs qui sont membres d\u2019un syndicat gagnent plus cher. Et lorsque les gens gagnent plus cher, les individus, les familles et les collectivit\u00e9s sont plus forts et plus en sant\u00e9. Comment les syndicats font-ils? Les syndicats ont exerc\u00e9 des pressions pour des vacances pay\u00e9es afin que nous puissions prendre cong\u00e9 pour nous reposer et refaire le plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Les travailleurs canadiens ont pr\u00e9sentement droit \u00e0 un minimum de deux\u00a0semaines de vacances apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de travail, et la Saskatchewan elle garantit trois\u00a0semaines.
