Personal support workers (PSWs), drivers, activationists, community social workers and other workers at SPRINT Senior Care are fighting for a collective agreement that respects the value of their work. They want to ensure that they can continue to provide the services that allow seniors to live independently at home.

Frontline workers are taking to the airwaves, distributing leaflets and blanketing social media with messages that urge SPRINT Senior Care to recognize the link between high-quality supports and services and a fair deal for the people who provide them.

SPRINT Senior Care members held an ice cream event this summer to spread the message that they want a fair deal. They also handed out flyers and displayed a banner in Toronto earlier in November.
