Chesley, Ont. A strike by 240 custodial and maintenance staff in Bruce and Grey county schools has been averted with a tentative agreement between CUPE 1176 and the Bluewater District School Board.
The members of CUPE 1176 will vote on the proposed contract at a ratification meeting on Saturday September 8th, 10:00 a.m. at Derby Public School, Kilsyth.
