The deadline for Convention Committee Applications is March 30th, 2010.  Your name must be submitted to CUPE Ontario on behalf of your local President by this date

Some of the most important contributions to every CUPE Ontario Convention are carried out by the five convention committees.  Membership to these committees is open only to convention delegates, except in the case of the Distribution committee where you must be a member in good standing, but do not have to be a convention delegate.

If you would like to serve on a convention committee and meet the above requirements, ensure that your name is submitted on behalf of your local to [email protected] by March 30th so that selections may be made.

The division will be responsible for payment of expenses for the pre-convention meetings, such as a per-diem ($60 full day, $30 half day), hotel accommodation, lost time and any necessary travel.

Below is a short description of each Convention committee.
