There’s a foul smell circulating around the city’s biosolids plan, the president of CUPE Ontario says.

“There are those, I would imagine, on the council, who simply buy the line that we can transfer risk over to the private sector, that it’ll be cheaper and better for all of us, when there is mounds and mounds of evidence to the contrary,” Fred Hahn said Wednesday afternoon, at a rally to protest the public/private partnership (P3) proposal for Sudbury’s biosolids plant….
